Where your data lives

All processing and storage run on infrastructure hosted in the European Union. For Defense and other regulated environments, an on-premise / sovereign-cloud deployment is part of the offer from day one.

What we collect — and what we never do

• The platform processes the LLM inputs and outputs you explicitly route through it — nothing else.
• Your data is never used to train models — ours or anyone else's.
• Pilot phases run on test data by default; production traffic only with your written go-ahead.
• API keys and secrets are stored encrypted and never appear in logs.

GDPR

UncleJean.ai is built GDPR-native: EU data residency, data-minimisation by design, deletion on request, and a Data Processing Agreement available to every design partner. Sub-processor list available on request during the pilot phase — it will be published on this page as the platform reaches general availability.
